1. Who we are
The responsible party is , located at . You can contact us at or . Our information officer can be reached through the same details.
2. What we collect
- Vehicle enquiries: your name, phone number, optional email address, the vehicle you are interested in, how you plan to pay and your message.
- Finance applications: the above, plus your employment status, gross monthly income, deposit, preferred term, whether you are under debt review and whether you have a trade-in. You also upload copies of your ID (front and back), your last three months of bank statements and your last three months of payslips. These documents are sensitive, so we ask only for what a credit assessment needs.
- Trade-in requests: your contact details and your vehicle's make, model, year, mileage, colour, condition and any outstanding finance.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, provide quotes and trade-in offers, arrange viewings, and, if you apply for finance, to submit your application to finance partners. We may also use it to meet legal obligations and keep records of our dealings.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. For finance applications, and only with your consent, we share your details and supporting documents with finance partners and credit providers, who may carry out a credit check. We also use service providers such as web hosting and email, who may only process information on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet legal and record-keeping duties. We aim to delete enquiries that did not lead to a sale within 24 months. Finance documents are kept only while your application is being processed and are deleted once it is concluded or withdrawn, normally within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to our management area and using encrypted connections. Supporting documents are stored in a private area that cannot be reached from the website and can only be opened by authorised staff who are signed in. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the Information Regulator if a breach affecting your information occurs, as the law requires.
7. Cookies and third parties
This website uses only essential cookies for our staff login. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above.
